Please give 48 hours notice before cancelling a color and 24 hours for a cut. If your appointment is not cancelled within those windows, a charge will be applied to your credit card on file that is equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. So if your scheduled service cost was $100, your late cancellation charge would be $50. No-shows will be automatically charged a 1/2 hour after the appointment was scheduled to begin. Please note this policy is flexible in the event of an absolute emergency. If you cancel an appointment without giving the appropriate notice or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit to schedule any future appointments.
