Please give at least 5 full days notice before cancelling a color or cut. No-shows will be automatically charged a 1/2 hour after the appointment was scheduled to begin. Please note this policy is flexible in the event of an absolute emergency. If you cancel an appointment without giving the appropriate notice or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit to be applied to your service.
